The Deep Plough Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited is led by a strong executive management team with diverse expertise, dedicated to fostering sustainability, economic empowerment, and inclusive growth for our members and communities. Based in Ward 17, Pumula North, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, our team drives innovation in agriculture, from solar dryer manufacturing to community training, ensuring a brighter future for all.

Our Executive Team

Pst Muziwanele Ncube

Muziwanele Ncube, our Chairperson, is a farmer and student of Supply Chain Management at Lupane State University, with an IT qualification from Gwanda Polytechnic. Having completed multiple stages of the ILO’s “Start Your Business” training, he brings expertise in marketing, IT, and agriculture. His experience as a Procurement Administrator at Ecoville Agro, managing chemicals, fertilizers, seedlings, and seeds, enhances our cooperative’s visibility and sustainability.

Solicitor Gashu

Solicitor Gashu, our Treasurer, holds a Human Resources Management qualification and is a dynamic entrepreneur. He co-founded Gashu Enterprises, specializing in renewable energy solutions, mining equipment, fabrication, and mineral trading, and Abatsha Travel and Tours. Since 2010, he has been CEO of Lalapet Investments, a money-lending firm registered with the RBZ. His past roles include Business Administrator for Lion of Judah International Church and Marketing & Project Administrator at Ecoville Agro. Trained in the ILO’s Start and Improve Your Business program, Solicitor drives innovation and strategic leadership.

Minenhle N Ncube 

Minenhle N. Ncube, our Secretary, is pursuing an Environmental Science degree at NUST. She holds a Certificate of Completion and a Merit Certificate for the Climate Shapers Project (Climate Change training, March 12-15, 2025), issued by Witness Dlamini of the Global Forum for Climate and Energy. Minenhle contributes innovative, sustainable ideas to our incubation hub, focusing on addressing environmental challenges.

Prince Moyo

Prince Moyo, our Operations Manager, is a skilled agricultural professional with expertise in mushroom cultivation, crop production, and animal husbandry. He holds a Diploma in Agribusiness and Bible Knowledge with Distinction from Ebenezer Matopo and a Certificate of Completion for Training of Trainers on Building Environmental Movements from Tearfund. His experience includes managing Kezi Malundi Groot Farm (May 25, 2025 - Present) and Shangani Mtshena Farm (2022-2025), alongside roles as a Field Coach and Apprentice at Ebenezer Matopo. Fluent in Ndebele and English, Prince excels in leadership, teamwork, and communication, driving our cooperative’s operational success.
