We were absolutely honored to host Bulawayo City Council’s City Economic Development Officer, Mr. Kholisani Moyo, right here at Deep Plough!
During his visit, we had the privilege of walking him through our entire Oyster Mushroom Farming process, from substrate preparation and incubation to harvesting our fresh, premium produce. Mr. Moyo's visit highlighted the city's incredible support for sustainable agriculture and local agro-businesses.
We had fantastic discussions on how urban farming and innovative agricultural projects could drive local economic development, create employment, and boost food security in Bulawayo.
A huge thank you to Mr. Moyo and the City Economic Development team for taking the time to engage with grassroots organizations. We were deeply motivated to keep pushing boundaries and feeding our city
